Committed to environmental education seeking to achieving sustainability, the University of Talca generates initiatives to promote, both in its community and society at large, educational practices aimed at improving the relationship with the environment, such as recycling. With that same objective, it has areas dedicated to the preservation of natural environments such as the Arboretum and the Botanical Garden.
