Valuable exhibits and artistic manifestations are hosted in the Talca outreach center, which has four main areas: Giulio Di Girólamo Room, Pedro Olmos Great Hall, Emma Jauch Room and the Abate Molina Theater. The first three spaces are equipped for holding presentations and conferences. The theater has a capacity for 280 people.
The Curicó outreach center, located a few steps from the Main Square (Plaza de Armas), is one of the main cultural development facilities of the city. It has an active billboard that includes exhibitions, theater, recitals, and poetic interventions, among other activities.

With an active billboard that is renewed each month, this facility has become a valuable cultural benchmark that houses works of internationally recognized artists and other promoters of avant-garde proposals, making them available to the community.
In 2015, and in honor of sculptress Lily Garafulic, the UTalca inaugurated a hall with her name. A sculptress, Director of the Museum of Fine Arts, and National Prize for Plastic Arts, the work of Garafulic stands out for the use of various elements such as granite, marble, terracotta, stone, and bronze. This facility brings together 65 pieces donated by the artist to the University that are part of the permanent exhibit.
Located at the heritage building of the University of Talca's Administration, the New Art Gallery (NUGA by its acronym in Spanish) is a facility that promotes learning, exchange, research, and cultural intervention in pursuit of the development of the region, which is why it constantly welcomes works by local and national artists. The building's infrastructure stands out for the oval union between the hall and the underground level, an architectural design that further enhances its purpose of being an artistic-cultural benchmark.
Consisting of 40 girls and boys between 8 and 14 years old, it is recognized for the development of a wide repertoire of works of international, Latin American, and Chilean music. The quality that distinguishes the group has opened the doors of highly relevant stages at the national level, such as the Municipal Theater of Santiago, the Municipal Theater of Viña del Mar, and the Mapocho Station Cultural Center.
The University of Talca Choir is a vocal musical group composed of students of the Interpretation and Musical Teaching Program.
The group has performed in the most important stages of the country and toured Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, and Peru, also recording important presentations at international festivals such as the Musical Weeks of Frutillar and the Musical Days of Villarrica, Pucón, and Rocas de Santo Domingo.
Its discography includes works such as Choral Latin America, the 25th Anniversary of the University of Talca, and a Tribute to Vicente Bianchi.
Formed in October 2001, from a workshop given by the then academic of the UTalca, Américo Giusti, an outstanding Chilean musician and promoter of several projects of national impact, such as the emblematic Youth Orchestra of Curanilahue. It is made up of boys and girls between 8 and 15 years old, and its aim is to prepare and motivate future generations who will join the Symphony Orchestra of the University of Talca.
It is recognized as one of the most successful projects of its kind in the country. It brings together 75 musicians between 17 and 23 years old, each with four to nine years of study in string, wind, and percussion instruments. With a repertoire that includes emblematic works of international, Latin American, and Chilean music, since its inception in 2000, it has held numerous presentations both at home and abroad.
The Conservatory of the UTalca is a center for musical studies for children and young people with artistic and musical abilities. It focuses mainly on music of high aesthetic value, of national and international origin, which is why it has centered on teaching classes with outstanding masters of the musical sphere. This has allowed it to obtain the recognition and support of institutions that contribute to culture, such as the FONDART's Foundation of Youth and Children's Orchestras of Chile.
A unique proposal of its kind, it is an emblematic meeting point for national art. When strolling through the Park, visitors will find 34 medium- and large-format sculptures with different techniques and trends, developed by the most important Chilean sculptors of the last half century.
