It is a musical studies center that provides training to children and young people with artistic and musical talents. Its fundamental objective is to train performers who contribute to promoting the cultural development of the Maule Region and the country, with direct participation from the community.
Founded in 1994, this conservatory has the recognition and support of prominent cultural institutions, especially the Chilean Youth and Children's Orchestra Foundation and the Fund for the Promotion of Traditional Music (FONDART). The conservatory is composed of distinguished national and international musical experts and has had more than 2.500 participants since its inception.
Founded in 2000 by maestro Américo Giusti Muñoz, it currently brings together all students enrolled in the Music Performance and Teaching programs, and the Bachelor's Degree in Specialized Music Performance and Training at the School of Music.

With over 33 years of experience in the Maule and national music scene, the choir is made up of boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 17 from Talca and other communities in the Maule Region. A benchmark for school choral development in the region, its history includes a broad repertoire of world, Latin American, and Chilean works.

Founded in 1981 by Professor Mirta Bustamante Márquez, this group's choral and musical tradition has been sustained by students in the Music Performance and Teaching program at UTalca.
In its more than 43 years of existence, the Choir has shared the stage with various national and international university orchestras, touring much of Chile and South America.
See moreAs a way to prepare and motivate future generations of the UTalca Symphony Orchestra, this group was founded in October 2001. Its beginnings date back to the orchestral workshop taught by Professor Américo Giusti, which had its official premiere at Christmas 2002.
Currently, the Children's Orchestra is made up of boys and girls ages 8 to 15, led by teacher and director Solange Navarrete Wallace.
