The Registrar’s Office is an administrative unit that reports directly to the Presidency and has the same rank as the Vice-Presidencies.

It is the body of our University where the curriculum history of the students is validated and the processes of granting degrees, diplomas and certificates conferred by the University are administrated, a task handled by the Department of Academic Registry.


The documentation and archives of the University are under the custody of the Registrar’s Office.

The Registrar acts as a Certifying Officer of the University and is responsible for notifying the staff of the decisions that affect them; summon meetings of the Board of Directors and of the Academic Council and keep the minutes book.
